It's finally playoff football and time to put up or shut up.

Does Brady get another ring to replace the one he lost during his divorce? Does Pat Mahomes add another MVP AND another Super Bowl? Or do Jalen Hurts and the Eagles run the table?

We'll have answers soon enough. On Saturday we get to see TWO of the top 5 teams in covering the spread this season with the Chargers (11-5-1 ATS) and 49ers (11-6-0 ATS).

🌊 Seahawks vs 49ers ⛏️

These teams just played each other on December 15th, with San Francisco beating Seattle 21-13. That game, like this one, will be the Niner's run game against Geno Smith in the pocket.

The success that San Francisco has on the ground only opens up the pass game for them. We saw that with two touchdowns from George Kittle the last time these teams faced each other.

• The Seahawks rank 30th in rushing yards against

• The 49ers are the 2nd best rushing team in the NFL

• The 49ers are a top 6 offense and no. 1 defense

• The Seahawks are ranked 25th on offense

What an absolute disaster of a situation. There's just no way Seattle will be able to keep up. The Seahawks are also 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games (ICE COLD 🥶).

I take San Francisco dominating on the ground every time.

⚡️ Chargers vs Jaguars 🐆

Justin Herbert should feast on this weak secondary of the Jaguars.

• The biggest discrepancy in this matchup is the Chargers passing attack (3rd in the NFL in passing yards per game), against a defense that ranks 28th in passing yards allowed.

Although the Chargers had a softer schedule, it's still worth noting in their last 5 games,

• They've given up 51% less points

• They allowed 31% less passing yards

• And they're 4-0-1 ATS over that stretch

It's Herbert's time to shine, Trevor Lawrence is just going to have to wait until next year.

🐬 Dolphins vs Bills 🦬

The rubber match for these two teams is Sunday. Miami took the dub in their first matchup this season winning 21-19 in September, but took the L just a few weeks ago losing 32-29.

Buffalo's defense gives up 30% less points than the league average and ranks

• 2nd in points allowed

• 6th in net yards allowed

• 5th in rushing yards allowed

• 2nd in Red Zone %

Oh, and the Bills are the 2nd best scoring offense. Too much firepower here.

Plus, Tua will not be playing this game. Neither will Teddy Bridgewater. So with Skylar Thompson expected to start, they will not be winning. Pretty simple.

If Miami had a slightly better defense I'd consider them to cover, but only one other team in football gets thrown on them more than the Dolphins. Allen is gonna feast.

🐦 Ravens vs Bengals 🐅

The Bengals outperform the Ravens in just about every offensive statistical category besides rushing yards, so I won't even get into listing them.

Here's all you gotta know:

• Lamar most likely isn't playing

• The Bengals are a top 2 team in covering the spread this season

The Ravens have scored 58% less points over their last 5 games. That is outrageous. They cannot find the end zone. There's only one way to go in this one.
