It's an AFC West battle on Monday Night as the Las Vegas Raiders head to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders come off their first victory of the season, defeating Denver at home, while Kansas City recovered from an embarrassing Week 3 loss to the Colts by beating the Buccaneers by double digits.
The Raiders are the definiton of a mid NFL team, ranking 14th in passing and rushing yards, and 23rd in scoring defense. That's not good, considering the amount of talent currently on this team at quarterback (Derek Carr), running back (Josh Jacobs), wide receiver (Davante Adams and Hunter Renfrow) and tight end (Darren Waller). They should be better.
Jacobs had a great game for the Raiders last week, but head coach Josh McDaniels might look to the air in Monday's matchup. The Chiefs are the best team against the run, but are only 22nd against the pass. This could be a golden opportunity to get Waller and Adams involved on a big stage.

The last time these teams played, KC hung 48 on the Raiders, and their offense is just as good, now featuring a solid run game with Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Isiah Pacheco. CEH is +100 to tally over 20.5 yards receiving and +210 to rush for over 37.5 yards and score a touchdown (rushing or passing). The Line (via PointsBet): Chiefs -7 (-107), O/U 51.5 (-110/-105), Chiefs ML -350, Raiders ML +280

There were a few quality contests on Sunday, with a few teams announcing themselves as conference contenders. Here are the teams that showed out the most:
Giants 27, Packers 22: It was a remarkable comeback from a surprise 4-1 team. London soccer hooligans approve.
Bills 38, Steelers 3: It was over minutes after it started. Josh Allen let it fly, setting up a fun Week 6 showdown against the Chiefs.
Niners 37, Panthers 15: The Niners sent Panthers HC Matt Rhule to an early vacation, and they may be the NFC's best. or maybe it's...
Cowboys 22, Rams 10: Is Cooper Rush the next Dak Prescott? If the defense continues to play like this, the player under center may not matter.
Eagles 20, Cardinals 17: Philly stays undefeated, setting up an epic showdown against Dallas next week. Meanwhile, this QB's amazing streak continues.
Jets 40, Dolphins 17: Are the Jets... decent? The defense turned it up, and the Zach Wilson/Breece Hall combo makes for a bright future.
